What’s going on at the Lab
The majority of our work is adding new features to our existing solutions. Recent additions include instant updates from Office365 and G Suite mailboxes, calendars and contacts.
From custom planters to monthly mailers, we’re building something new every day of the week.
We’re often looking for opportunities that would be a good fit for our talents. Recent ventures include Kill Devil Drones and vacation rental management through Life Aquatic.

Hired our first employee to help support our growing client base
Received the Fastest Rise to Master award from Marketcircle at their annual Partners Conference for our support of Daylite, their best-in-class Mac CRM.
Opened 1,500 square foot storefront on Harlan Street in Westminster, Colorado
Opened MacWorks Miami in late summer supporting clients in South Florida
Grew to a team of 11 Mac experts with technicians in Colorado, Pennsylvania and Florida providing local onsite support and remote support nationwide as well as Mac, iPhone and iPad repairs
Changed our name to Lab548 to become an Apple Authorized Service Center
Merged with Rocky Mountain Tech Team to provide IT support expertise across all platforms – Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS & Android
Moved into our new workshop in Kill Devil Hills on the beaches of the Outer Banks focusing on digital marketing and custom apps
